The shortcomings and lack of follow through with several aspects of QuickBooks online makes me wonder if the people doing the design and coding work for this program have ever actually had to use their own creation. The only way to offer our clients a consistant brand look from our envelopes to our letter head is by personalizing BOTH the invoice and credit note but this seems to be too much to ask for.
